Deets: New York Dog Parade is the nonprofit behind the Tompkins Square Halloween Dog Parade, which is celebrated as the largest dog parade in the world. Through elegant parades and creative canine-themed programming, they foster community, connection, and joy.
Now in its 36th year, what began in Manhattan’s first dog run has grown into what many celebrate as the world’s largest dog parade. The event includes a dog parade, a high stakes costume contest, along with a festival block for participants and spectators to enjoy.
Hint for the Average Socialite: To march in the parade, advance registration is required. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Register now!
