Deets: Cancel your lunch plans! Ziploc and Too Good To Go are bringing the “Wheel of Sandwiches” food truck to NYC for one day only, serving up free sandwiches created by Hellbender chef Yara Herrera.
Step up and spin the wheel to land on a dish from one of four NYC favorites: Murray’s Cheese, Ajo y Oregano, Mahmoud’s Corner or Hellbender. You’ll then receive its “second”: a brand-new sandwich Yara has dreamed up using that very dish.
The truck is part of Surprise Seconds, Ziploc’s campaign with Too Good To Go inspiring people to get creative with the extras and leftovers already in their fridges, so more good food gets enjoyed.
Hint for the Average Socialite: This event is open to the public.
